Pumpkin Smash Play Day at Portland Children's Garden
Nov. 7th, 10am - 2pm
1735 SE Sherrett St., Portland, OR 97202
RSVP required
Join us for the return of this much-loved play event, the pumpkin smash! Destruction and creation are intertwined, both appropriate expressions of children’s play. We will bring post-Halloween pumpkins ready for demise and rubber mallets. You bring the kids in clothes that can get messy. This is a fundraising event to support the ongoing work of Portland Free Play, providing play programs for the kids who need them most. We are excited to partner with the new Portland Children's Garden for this event.
Suggested donation is $10 per child.
Accessibility and Safety notes: The future Portland Children's Garden site is currently a vacant lot with uneven ground and no fence. Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before entering the event. There will be a portable toilet on-site for the event. There will be street parking as the parking option.
